Niché au pied de la majestueuse colline du Schlossberg, entouré de vignes et de roses, le Domaine Weinbach, dont le nom évoque le "ruisseau du vin" qui le traverse, a été fondé en 1612 par les moines Capucins. Ce domaine historique d'Alsace, géré avec passion par la famille Faller depuis 1898, est réputé pour son engagement envers les pratiques biodynamiques, assurant une harmonie parfaite avec l'environnement et favorisant ainsi l'expression unique de chaque terroir.
