L'appellation Petit Chablis est située dans la région viticole de Chablis, en Bourgogne. Produits exclusivement à partir du cépage Chardonnay, les vins de Petit Chablis sont souvent considérés comme l'entrée de gamme des vins de Chablis. Ils présentent une fraîcheur vive avec des arômes de pomme verte, de citron et de fleurs blanches, souvent complétés par des notes minérales typiques de la région. Moins complexes et généralement destinés à être consommés jeunes, les Petit Chablis offrent néanmoins un bon aperçu du style frais et minéral de Chablis.
