Située en Bourgogne, dans le département de Saône-et-Loire, l'appellation Viré-Clessé est née de la fusion des terroirs des villages de Viré et Clessé en 1999. Elle produit exclusivement des vins blancs à base de chardonnay. Ces vins se caractérisent par leur fraîcheur et leur finesse, offrant des arômes de fleurs blanches, de citron, de pomme verte, et parfois des notes de miel ou de noisette. Avec un bon équilibre entre acidité et rondeur, ils sont reconnus pour leur belle minéralité et leur capacité à bien vieillir.
