Chateau Roubine
Château Roubine, un domaine viticole d'exception situé dans le cœur du Var entre Verdon et la Méditerranée, est reconnu pour ses vins AOP Côtes de Provence Cru Classé. Avec une riche histoire remontant au 14ème siècle, ce domaine, autrefois propriété de l'Ordre des Templiers, s'étend aujourd'hui sur 130 hectares, dont 72 hectares de vignes. Château Roubine se distingue par une viticulture certifiée biologique depuis 2017, mettant en avant treize cépages variés pour produire des vins de haute qualité.
Igp Mediterranee Blanc
L'IGP Méditerranée blanc est un vin léger et fruité, parfait pour toutes les occasions du quotidien. Avec une robe jaune clair rehaussée de reflets verts-gris, il offre au nez des arômes aromatiques, fruités et frais. En bouche, ce vin se révèle léger, frais et facile à boire, avec des notes de fruits rouges. Élaboré principalement à partir des cépages Clairette, Grenache blanc et Ugni-blanc, et cultivé sur des terroirs de marnes, ce vin blanc reflète l'agriculture raisonnée. Servi idéalement à 11°C, il accompagne à merveille les apéritifs, les fruits de mer, les viandes blanches, les poissons vapeur, les asperges, les tartes salées aux courgettes, les fromages de chèvres secs ou demi-secs, et les mousses au chocolat ou sabayon d'abricots.
