Située au sud de Bordeaux, l'appellation Graves est reconnue pour ses vins rouges et blancs. Les vins blancs de Graves sont élaborés principalement à partir des cépages sauvignon blanc et sémillon, parfois complétés par de la muscadelle ou d'autres variétés. Ces vins se distinguent par leurs arômes d'agrumes, de fleurs blanches, d'épices douces et une pointe minérale typique du terroir de graves. En bouche, ils sont à la fois frais et structurés, avec une belle acidité qui confère une bonne capacité de vieillissement.
