Riesling

L'appellation "Riesling" désigne un cépage blanc d'origine allemande, mais aussi les vins élaborés principalement à partir de ce cépage. Il est particulièrement associé à la région d'Alsace en France, ainsi qu'aux régions viticoles d'Allemagne. Le Riesling donne des vins élégants et aromatiques, marqués par des notes de citron, de pomme verte, parfois de pétrole et une minéralité distincte. En bouche, le Riesling peut varier de sec à doux, mais il est souvent caractérisé par une vive acidité, lui conférant une grande capacité de vieillissement.
