Le Marsannay rouge, issu de la Côte de Nuits en Bourgogne, se distingue par son élaboration à partir du Pinot Noir, offrant une palette aromatique riche en fruits rouges comme la framboise et la griotte. Le Domaine Coillot Marsannay Les Boivins 2021 incarne parfaitement cette tradition, avec une cuvée complexe et délicate, cultivée en agriculture raisonnée.
