L'appellation Sainte-Croix du Mont désigne des vins principalement doux, produits autour de la commune de Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, située sur la rive droite de la Garonne, dans la région bordelaise. Élaborés principalement à partir du cépage Sémillon, complété par le Sauvignon Blanc et la Muscadelle, ces vins se distinguent par leurs notes de miel, d'abricot confit, de noix et parfois de gingembre. Avec une texture riche et une douceur bien équilibrée par l'acidité, les Sainte-Croix du Mont sont appréciés pour leur complexité et leur capacité à bien vieillir.
