Bourgogne Aligote
Le Bourgogne Aligoté, second cépage blanc de Bourgogne, se distingue par sa fraîcheur et son caractère vif. Créé en 1937, cet AOC produit exclusivement des vins blancs à partir du cépage Aligoté, couvrant environ 1,700 hectares. Les vins Bourgogne Aligoté, souvent appréciés pour leur acidité légère, se marient parfaitement avec la crème de cassis pour créer le traditionnel kir. Un vin à la fois léger et rafraîchissant, idéal pour un apéritif typiquement bourguignon.
