L'appellation Pic Saint-Loup Rouge concerne des vins rouges produits au pied du mont Pic Saint-Loup, dans la région du Languedoc, au nord de Montpellier. Ces vins sont principalement élaborés à partir des cépages Grenache, Syrah et Mourvèdre. Le terroir unique, influencé par son altitude et la proximité des montagnes cévenoles, confère aux vins une belle fraîcheur. Les rouges de Pic Saint-Loup sont reconnus pour leurs arômes de fruits noirs, d'épices, et parfois de notes de garrigue.
