Domaine Cheveau

"Located in the hamlet of Pouilly, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, in the Southern Burgundy, the vineyard covers about twenty hectares from Davayé to Saint Amour. The soil work, started in 1999, has brought life to the soils where the vines now thrive, allowing over the years a better expression of minerality and precision of terroirs, while respecting the environment and biodiversity. The harvest is manual throughout the Domaine and each parcel is vinified separately in demi-muids, foudres, or stainless steel tanks. A meticulous work from the vineyard to the cellar, Nicolas, Aurélie, and Julien, winemakers, craftsmen of their terroirs, pay attention to every detail by limiting inputs so that each bottle is the most accurate expression of its terroir."
