  • A Blanc de Blancs of exceptional purity, expressing the chalky soils and cool climate of northern Champagne. Each vintage showcases the mineral precision and refinement that defines the finest single-varietal Champagnes.
  • Ideal for those who appreciate the restraint and complexity of pure Chardonnay. A sophisticated aperitif or companion to seafood, poultry, and lighter cuisine. Rewards careful cellaring.

M. Francois
Palmer & Co's Blanc de Blancs exemplifies the classical approach to single-varietal Champagne. The marriage of the Montagne de Reims and Côte de Sézanne fruit creates a wine of balance and poise. This is not a wine of obvious richness, but rather one of subtle complexity and refinement—precisely what serious Champagne drinkers seek. A worthy addition to any cellar.

Nicolas françois, propriétaire passionné des halles de quercamps

CHAMPAGNE PALMER & CO

Established in 1947 at Avize by seven growers from Grands and Premiers Crus villages, Champagne Palmer & Co has been based in Reims since 1959, farming 415 hectares across the finest Champagne terroirs. Drawing on chalk soils from the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Bar, Côte de Sézanne and Vallée de la Marne, the House blends Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with consistent precision. Certified HVE and Terra Vitis, it is among the first Champagne cooperatives to achieve société à mission status — a genuine commitment, not a marketing badge. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this House for the breadth of its grower network, the rigour of its viticulture, and the reliability of its cuvées across vintages.
