Le Domaine Nicolas Rossignol, cinq générations de vignerons bourguignons, propose ici un Pommard d'exception issu de très vieilles vignes de 90 ans. Implanté à mi-coteau entre Rugiens et Volnay, ce terroir confère au vin une élégance caractéristique : fruits rouges au nez, attaque charnue et ronde, finale minérale où les tanins affirment le terroir d'origine. Un Pommard qui respire la finesse volnaysienne. À servir avec un tournedos de chevreuil ou une belle pièce de gibier.
