M. Francois
An ideal aperitif wine that performs admirably with seafood preparations—particularly fish rillettes, prawns, and lighter shellfish dishes. Its freshness also complements exotic cuisine and spiced preparations. A straightforward, honest wine that reflects the collective expertise of Buxy's family producers.
