L'appellation "Riesling" désigne un cépage blanc d'origine allemande, mais aussi les vins élaborés principalement à partir de ce cépage. Il est particulièrement associé à la région d'Alsace en France, ainsi qu'aux régions viticoles d'Allemagne.
