Breeding
A minimum of 5 years on lees. This extended period is crucial for taming the power of Pinot Noir and imparting its silky texture.
On the eye
Pale golden hue with luminous green and silver reflections, suggesting the crisp freshness to follow.
On the nose
Distinctly fruited, with fresh red fruit aromas—notably blackcurrant—underpinned by a mineral character that contributes to the wine's overall vivacity and definition.
In the mouth
Elegant and vinous, the palate maintains admirable brightness and gourmand appeal. Fine structure supports the fruit without heaviness, finishing with pleasing persistence.
M. Francois
De Venoge's Princes Blanc de Noirs represents a considered approach to the style: neither austere nor indulgent. The marriage of Montagne de Reims fruit with Riceys character creates a wine of genuine complexity, rewarding those who appreciate Champagne's mineral and fruit-driven dimensions equally.

CHAMPAGNE DE VENOGE

Established at 33 avenue de Champagne in Épernay, Champagne de Venoge is one of the appellation's most enduring Houses, working chalk-soil terroirs across the Marne. Founded in 1837 by Swiss négociant Henri-Marc de Venoge at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the House has built its identity on the mastery of all three Champagne varieties — Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay — in a style that balances structure with finesse, now carried forward under the Lanson-BCC group. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the consistency of its cuvées, the depth of its history, and its assured positioning within one of the world's most demanding appellations. Nearly two centuries of Champagne-making, and the signature remains entirely its own.
