Four generations of family winemaking tradition

  • The Domaine is in organic conversion, reflecting a commitment to sustainable viticulture and natural expression of the terroir. This approach yields wines of genuine character without unnecessary intervention.
  • An ideal aperitif wine—fresh, approachable, and versatile. Its moderate alcohol and elegant profile make it perfect for relaxed entertaining or quiet contemplation before a meal.
  • Purchased directly from the Domaine through Les Halles de Quercamps, this wine offers the transparency and fair value that comes from merchant-to-producer relationships built over decades.

Product features : Domaine de Joy Naturellement Joy 2019 — Côtes de Gascogne

Breeding
Direct pressing, static settling then fermentation with selected yeasts. Ageing on lees over winter followed by light filtration before bottling.
On the eye
A luminous golden robe with pale greenish glints.
On the nose
Delicate floral notes lead to white peach and honeyed stone fruit. The bouquet is restrained and inviting, with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the region.
In the mouth
Clean and well-balanced on the palate, with good length. Flavours of pineapple and grapefruit emerge, supported by crisp acidity. The finish is dry and refreshing, leaving a pleasant citrus impression.
M. Francois
Serve well-chilled as an aperitif, or pair with seafood—oysters, langoustines, or simply grilled fish. Its brightness also complements lighter vegetable-based dishes and fresh cheeses. A wine of genuine pleasure rather than complexity.
