Certified sustainable Champagne with elegant roundness

  • This demi-sec Champagne offers genuine elegance and brightness. The residual sweetness is balanced with fine acidity, creating a wine of considerable charm and approachability without sacrificing complexity.
  • A.R. Lenoble employs 30% reserve wines in this cuvée, drawn from their perpetual solera system. This practice adds depth, consistency, and a subtle maturity that distinguishes the house style.
  • A demi-sec Champagne characterised by pleasing roundness and amplitude on the palate. The dosage is pitched to enhance rather than mask the wine's natural structure, making it genuinely food-friendly.

Product features : A.R. Lenoble Cuvée Riche Demi-Sec Champagne 75cl

In the mouth
Rich and ample on the palate with excellent balance between sweetness and acidity. The finish is clean and sustained, with lingering notes of dried fruits and a mineral edge.
On the nose
White stone fruits and orchard fruits lead the aromatics, evolving gracefully towards dried fruit notes—hazelnut and almond—with subtle brioche undertones from the élevage.
On the eye
Deep golden robe with persistent, fine bubbles. Colour suggests maturity and complexity.
Breeding
Aged minimum 6 years in cellar
M. Francois
I recommend this wine particularly for the table rather than as an aperitif. Its demi-sec character and structure make it an excellent companion to dishes that marry sweet and savoury elements—foie gras, Asian-inflected cuisine, or even a well-made dessert. The environmental credentials reflect the house's genuine commitment to sustainable viticulture. A wine of real substance.
