M. Francois
This is a wine of genuine elegance and accessibility. It pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, fresh goat's cheese and lighter dishes. Equally at home as an aperitif or at table, it represents the refined character of Jurançon at its best—a wine to savour without ceremony.

CHATEAU JOLYS

Set on 40 hectares of south-facing slopes at Gan in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Château Jolys is the largest independent property in the AOC Jurançon. Founded in 1964 by agronomist Pierre-Yves Latrille, the estate was acquired in 2019 by Michel Boutin, who has preserved its identity while bringing fresh ambition to the vineyard. Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grow on silico-clayey soils scattered with rounded pebbles, with the Pyrenean panorama shaping the microclimate and lending the whites their distinctive character. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the consistency of its range, the typicity of its Jurançon whites, and the rare achievement of working a large terroir without sacrificing precision. A dependable reference from the Sud-Ouest.
